With a profound passion for supporting others, I am thrilled to serve as the Operations Manager at the Manchester Deaf Centre. This role allows me to leverage my skills and experiences to make a tangible impact on the community we serve.
Before joining MDC, I was a self-employed letting agent, managing the administrative side of the business. I also completed a level 3 qualification in Business Administration, which provided me with a nationally recognised credential.
In 2015, I achieved my Teaching Assistant qualification. At MDC, I have learned British Sign Language Level 1 and am currently studying BSL Level 2. This skill enables me to better support the community.
I am proud to be part of the MDC team, working to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all our members.
