Role includes: attending various meetings; being an initial contact when service users have any issues and signposting them to the relevant support; engaging with the service users, researching and creating an activity programme to meet their expressed interests, contacting external organisations to support a service user to make a referral; to support service users when contacting or accessing the NHS.
