M​DSC Project Officer

I am Project Support Officer at MDC. I love to organise events, especially Christmas Balls, parties and meals so I am in my element as I arrange presentations and events regularly for Manchester Deaf Social Group.

I attended Royal Schools for the Deaf in Manchester from 2.5 to 7 years oldafter which I went to mainstream schools. After 25 years at the Inland Revenue, I moved to the Hearing & Vision Specialist Service (formerly Stockport Sensory Support) and visit many nurseries, primary and secondary schools across Stockport.

In my free time, my husband and I like to go for walks - we often get the train to a station and then walk to the next station to come home! We are also season ticket holders for Stockport County, so you know where we are most Saturdays!
