‘Pop Up’ Kitchen inspires DAVE members to cook healthily

MDC’s DAVE Project will be working in collaboration with the Greater Manchester Youth Network to provide a ‘pop-up’ kitchen experience for Deaf youth Greater Manchester!

Over three months, the ‘pop-up’ kitchen project will teach young people how to prepare, cook and manage food hygiene. The initial phase of the project in August will culminate in a ‘pop-up’ restaurant event that will welcome the wider community to experience restaurant grade food prepared by the DAVE project. All proceeds will be donated to a Manchester-based homelessness charity
