Celebrate International Sign Language Day by coming to learn with MDC

"This week on Monday was International Sign Language Day, let’s celebrate!
I would like to talk about the BSL team of teachers at Manchester Deaf Centre, they have been very busy this week because so many classes have started.
Five classes for Level 1, three classes for Level 2, two classes for Level 3 as well as the new Level 4 course! All courses are fully booked and are keeping us very busy! It’s an amazing time!
During the past 4 weeks, we have also delivered Family Friendly British Sign Language classes, where so far, they have been learning the signed vocabulary for family and friends, animals, every day routines and emotions. The families and the children have been really enjoying the sessions.
Manchester Adult Education Service are in partnership with MDC, where we can deliver some free BSL courses for Manchester residents only. This week we have been very busy, as we have also just started two 24 Hour Introduction to BSL courses. In November we will be running the 10 Hour Basic BSL course.
