Free Maths course for learners who need a BSL interpreter, starts 12th September 2022

Would you like to learn basic everyday maths skills and build your maths confidence? 

When: Every Monday from 12th September 2022

Time: From 10am to 1pm

Where: Manchester Deaf Centre

Cost: Free

This course is run by the WEA (Workers Education Authority), and you will be supported throughout by BSL interpreters. There is opportunity to gain a nationally recognised City & Guilds qualification. Before starting the course the teacher will check your current level of maths to make sure you are placed in a class at the right level for you.

The course is organised through our WAITE employment team. We provide support to deaf, deafened and hard of hearing people with job seeking, skills training and employment-related issues.
