MDC reaches Signature milestone – and will offer BSL Level 4 qualification from September 2023
We have recently received a certificate from Signature, celebrating our 3-year milestone in successfully delivering Signature-accredited British Sign Language (BSL) courses Levels 1–3.
Signature is a national charity and the leading awarding body and provider of BSL and other Deaf and Deafblind communication qualifications in the UK. All Signature qualifications are nationally recognised and accredited by Ofqual (The office of the Qualifications and Examinations regulator).
Lindsay Foster, Executive Director of Signature wrote:

Emma Andrews, who oversees all of MDC’s BSL and Deaf Awareness training courses, says:
“I want to give a special thanks to our wonderful teachers who work so hard to deliver our fantastic BSL courses, and to our course administrators Aisha and Tom for all their support. I’m also delighted to share the news with you that we have recently become verified as a centre able to deliver BSL Level 4. We will be launching Level 4 in September 2023”.
