The Thursday Walking Group is back

Due to popular demand, we have restarted our Walking Group this month. We aim to walk every fortnight until the end of August. Why not come and join us to get some fresh air and exercise, visit new places and meet some new friends?

Thursdays 10am–2pm meeting at MDC every 2 weeks:

5th & 19th May

2nd, 16th & 30th June

14th & 28th July

11th & 25th August

Please bring your own lunch and wear suitable shoes.

As you can see above, our first walk took place in Whitworth Park, and we managed to squeeze in a visit to the Whitworth Art Gallery too.

The walking group is led by our Wellbeing Service (part of our WAITE team).
