Our next Trafford health information event will be on Diabetes. It is free to attend; no need to book:
We organise monthly health information events through the Trafford Deaf Advocacy and Wellbeing Service. The aim of the events is to give the Trafford D/deaf community equal access to health information. Examples of other recent topics are Arthritis and Dementia. The talks are presented by organisations who specialise in those health issues. For example, our Dementia event was led by Sue Newsome who is an NHS specialist dementia nurse. The events are BSL interpreted, and you can ask any questions you may have.
If you would like to attend any of these events, there is no need to book, just turn up on the day.
